How soon will I receive my audit?
Typically within 1–3 minutes of completing payment. The audit is generated and emailed automatically. If you haven't received it after 10 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.
What email address will it be sent to?
The email address you enter at checkout. Make sure it's correct before completing payment — that's the only address we have.
Is my data kept private?
Yes. Your canvas data is used only to generate your audit and is not stored after processing. We don't sell, share, or retain your ideas.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Your payment details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your card information.
Can I get a refund?
If you didn't receive your audit due to a technical issue, contact us at team@hardwarestartupcanvas.com and we'll make it right.
